A focused 1:1 Brainspotting session designed to support nervous system integration around a specific stuck pattern — without forcing, over-talking, or rushing to support integration with your system’s pace and capacity.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a gentle, focused process that uses where you look to help your brain and body access and release stored stress, trauma, and emotional pain that talking alone can’t reach. It works directly with the nervous system so healing can happen at a deeper, more natural level.

What a Brainspotting session looks like

Brainspotting sessions begin by briefly identifying a specific focus for the session — something that feels “stuck,” charged, or unresolved. This might be an emotional response, a body sensation, a recurring reaction, or a moment you keep returning to.

From there, the session becomes less about talking and more about tracking. I guide you in noticing how your nervous system responds in real time while we stay oriented to safety and capacity. There is no pressure to relive or analyze anything.

Sessions unfold slowly and responsively, allowing your system to integrate what’s ready — and stop when it’s not. We close by supporting regulation and grounding, and by outlining a simple integration plan for the next day or two.
