Prior to purchasing services from kellyboyer.org (kelly-boyer.com) it is your responsibility to read and agree to the below legal disclaimer, terms and conditions, and commitments.

  1. Kelly Boyer provides mentoring, education, and nervous system–informed support services and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

  2. Kelly Boyer does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, prescribe medications, or interfere with the treatments provided by the client’s professional health care providers.

  3. Modalities used during sessions will complement all forms of medical treatment, as well all natural and alternative therapies.

  4. Kelly Boyer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages from using her services available on this site or its content.

  5. Kelly Boyer does not promise or guarantee the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the services engaged by the client.

  6. All services provided should never be used as a means or substitute for seeking professional care for the diagnosis and treatment of any medical and/or psychiatric disorder. It is recommended you seek professional help for any medical and/or psychiatric needs.   

  7. The services provided are in no way to be used as a replacement for professional advice, including but not limited to Professional Legal or Financial advice.

  8. Kelly Boyer disclaims and is not liable for loss of income, damages, or emotional stress considered to be caused by the services provided.

  9. Kelly Boyer disclaims and is not liable for the death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

  10. Trauma-Informed Support is not a substitute for emergency or crisis mental health care and does not include crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911, contact the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 (call or text), or, if you are in Arizona, call the Statewide Crisis Line at (844) 534-4673 (HOPE) or text HOPE to 44673. By engaging in services, you acknowledge and understand the scope of support provided.

Terms & Conditions

  1. You must be 5 years of age or older to use Kelly Boyer’s services.

  2. If under the age of 18, permission is required from a parent/ guardian to use intuitive services.

  3. All attempts will be made to accommodate your appointment request where possible.

  4. A credit card is required to reserve Kelly Boyer’s services and your appointment times.

  5. There are no refunds for missed appointments due to lateness, technological difficulties or issues for online (zoom) sessions.

  6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, all sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

    Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    Each client is allowed one courtesy reschedule if less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if a last-minute conflict arises.

    After the courtesy reschedule has been used, any additional sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or same-day cancellations will result in the session being forfeited. A new session will need to be booked at the full session fee.

    Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be accommodated based on availability.

  7. By providing your email address, you agree to receive occasional marketing materials. Your email is for private use only and will never be distributed to a third-party company.

  8. By booking a service with Kelly Boyer and usage of this site, you are agreeing to the terms of service, privacy policy, and legal disclaimer.

  9. This website and all the contents belong to kellyboyer.org and in no way shall be misused or replicated.

  10. Balances for services must be paid in full at the start of the scheduled appointment time by credit card payment only.

  11. No Shows: After 5 minutes, if you have not shown for your scheduled appointment, it will be considered as a “no show” appointment and you may not reschedule your session. A new session will need to be purchased and booked. If deemed a “no show” while using a package session, the session is considered forfeited, and you will not be able to reschedule the appointment.

    You may receive a courtesy one time reschedule of the appointment if an email (kelly@kellyboyer.org) has been received before or within the first 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment. For you to receive the best possible experience from your session, it is important that we are able to use all of the allotted time reserved.

  12. Kelly Boyer does not take appointments through social media. If you are a first responder seeking services, please text or call (520) 333-6967. All other appointments must be scheduled through the online booking site.

  13. All sessions are held in the strictest of confidence. Any personal information or data will be kept private.
