NeuroLiminal™ Methodology
The Science of Operational Resilience
High-consequence environments demand more than stress management; they require neurobiological calibration. Prolonged pressure alters neural architecture, leading to autonomic dysregulation that impairs executive function and decision-making. My methodology bridges the gap between clinical neuroscience and tactical performance to restore systemic coherence.
The NeuroLiminal™ Framework
My work is built on the study of neural structures, such as rosehip neurons, to identify where the nervous system is locked in sympathetic dominance. The core of this system is the Drop and Split mechanism:
- The Drop: A rapid-access somatic intervention that bypasses the prefrontal cortex to de-escalate the autonomic nervous system.
- The Split: A neuro-linguistic and sensory separation process that untethers high-stress triggers from their habitual physiological response.
Outcomes
We move beyond traditional "wellness" to deliver operational infrastructure. By achieving "stabilized neutrality," leaders and responders retain the critical lessons of high-pressure events without the biological toxicity that drives burnout and cognitive fatigue.
