Nervous System Integration Process™ (NSIP): Terms & Consent

This Agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and mutual understanding between you (“Client”) and Kelly Boyer / Responder Reset, LLC (“Facilitator”) for participation in the Nervous System Integration Process™ (“NSIP”).

By submitting payment and enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Work
The Nervous System Integration Process is an individualized nervous system support container designed to support regulation, integration, and identity-level change over time.

Participation includes:

  • A required 90-minute assessment session prior to beginning the process

  • 16 weekly ongoing 1:1 sessions, with session frequency and pacing guided by nervous system readiness and clinical judgment

  • An individualized plan created based on your current capacity, goals, and nervous system patterns

  • Body-based, trauma-informed practices designed to support regulation and integration

  • Sessions may include gentle, guided attention techniques that support nervous system settling and integration without requiring detailed verbal recounting of past experiences

While the process follows a structured arc, no rigid timeline or outcome is guaranteed, and pacing may shift based on what your nervous system presents over time.

2. Nature of Services
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • This program is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention

  • The Facilitator is not diagnosing, treating, or curing any medical or mental health condition

  • This work is educational, supportive, and integrative in nature

  • Participation does not replace medical care, mental health treatment, or medication management when those are needed

If you are currently under the care of a licensed medical or mental health provider, you are encouraged to continue that care alongside this process.

If at any time you experience severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or feel unable to remain safe, you agree to seek immediate support through appropriate emergency or crisis ser vices.

3. Investment, Payment, and Refund Policy
The Nervous System Integration Process™ commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to the selected payment option at the time of registration.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation level, early withdrawal, or perceived outcomes. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Missed sessions

  • Schedule changes

  • Personal circumstances

  • Subjective dissatisfaction

Missed or late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.

4. Scheduling, Attendance, and Cancellations

  • Weekly session scheduling will be discussed collaboratively and adjusted as needed based on capacity and availability

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session (

  • Repeated missed sessions may impact continuity of care and are the responsibility of the Client

5. Camera-On Requirement
For this work to be effective, camera-on participation is required for all sessions.

Nervous system regulation and integration rely on observing subtle cues such as breathing patterns, facial expression, posture, and micro-movements. Visual access allows the Facilitator to attune, track regulation, and respond appropriately in real time.

Sessions conducted without video may limit the effectiveness of the work and may be rescheduled or declined at the Facilitator’s discretion.

6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law (including but not limited to risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a minor or vulnerable person, or court order).

Please note that electronic communication (email, video platforms) carries inherent privacy risks despite reasonable safeguards.

7. Client Responsibility, Engagement, & Assumption of Risk
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • Consistent attendance and participation are essential to the effectiveness of this process.

  • Out of respect for both of our time, sessions start promptly as scheduled. If a client does not arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not contacted me, the session will be considered a no-show and the session fee will be forfeited.

  • This work extends beyond live sessions and includes integration and regulation practices between sessions

  • You are responsible for engaging with practices, reflections, and tools provided through the client portal and those suggested during sessions, to the best of your capacity.

  • Progress and outcomes are influenced by your willingness to apply and practice what is offered between sessions, not solely by time spent in live sessions.

  • The Facilitator is not responsible for outcomes when sessions are attended without corresponding integration or application between sessions.

You understand that this is a collaborative and active process, and that sustained change requires engagement both during and between sessions.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to take responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the process.

8. No Guarantees
No specific outcomes, timelines, or results are guaranteed.

Healing and nervous system integration are non-linear processes, and each individual responds differently. Any examples or descriptions of potential benefits are educational in nature and not promises of results.

9. Facilitator Responsibility
The Facilitator agrees to:

  • Hold a grounded, ethical, and attuned space

  • Offer guidance, tools, and reflection within professional and ethical boundaries

  • Respect your autonomy, pacing, and lived experience

  • Refer out when needs exceed the scope

10. Commitment Beyond the 16-Weeks
Near the end of the 16-week container, continuation options may be discussed if additional support is mutually agreed upon. There is no obligation or expectation to continue beyond the initial term.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Financial obligations already incurred remain due, and no refunds will be issued.

The Facilitator reserves the right to terminate participation if the process is no longer appropriate, ethical, or within scope.

  • You have read and understood this agreement

  • You voluntarily consent to participate

  • You accept the non-refundable nature of the program
