We will identify the sweet spot where your passion and expertise meet your ideal clients’ deepest needs and desires. This intersection will guide us in creating a summit that’s truly powerful and aligned for you.
Next, we’ll have fun brainstorming a list of potential titles and subtitles for your event—ones that feel exciting, expansive, and authentic to your vision!
I’ll also guide you through the key considerations for choosing the perfect event dates and show you how to align your summit with the highest energetic frequencies of your unique soul signature.
Session Three: Branding Your Event
I’ll guide you through creating stunning branding materials—like banners and graphics—that reflect the essence of your summit.
Create these materials yourself using tools like Canva, PicMonkey, Adobe Express, etc.
We’ll also craft a concise, compelling event description that you can use throughout the summit creation process.
Plus, I’ll show you how to attract and engage your most aligned ideal clients as you design every aspect of your event.
Session Four: Inviting Your Speakers
This is where the excitement really begins! This is the stage where you’ll start reaching out to the speakers you want to interview for your summit.
I’ll share my most effective strategies for getting a “YES!” from speakers—whether they’re well-known figures or rising stars. You’ll receive my proven email templates, which highlight the key elements to include in your outreach, ensuring speakers are eager to participate.
We’ll also dive into the “who”—the perfect speakers to invite. It’s essential to choose individuals who are actively growing their online audiences, and I’ll show you how to identify those who will be the best fit for your event.

I’ll also provide you with the Speaker Agreement and Speaker Questionnaire and explain why these documents are essential for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both you and your speakers.
Session Six: Creating Your Event Website
You’ll discover the essential strategies and secrets to build a website that magnetizes your ideal clients from around the globe.
I’ll walk you through a step-by-step demonstration of how to create a beautiful, user-friendly website on Squarespace—the most affordable, intuitive platform that delivers stunning results.
You’ll also choose a memorable domain and URL for your event, ensuring it’s easy to find and optimized for search engines, so your event stands out online.
We’ll dive into crafting soulful, compelling copy for your summit’s landing page that captures the essence of your event and speaks to your audience’s heart.
Finally, I’ll explain how people will sign up for your event, guide you through how email subscriber services work, and help you select the best email platform for your business needs.
Session Seven: Technology to Support You
We will ensure your event runs smoothly with the right tech in place.
You’ll start by setting up your Welcome email and linking it to your registration page, so your attendees get a seamless experience from the start.
I’ll guide you through connecting payment processing services like PayPal and Stripe to your site, making it easy to handle transactions securely.
We’ll also dive into the power of YouTube as a key tool in your summit process. I’ll show you how to leverage YouTube to drive even more new registrants to your event, and if you don’t already have a YouTube channel, I’ll guide you through setting one up.
You’ll receive my "YouTube Organization Sheet"—a super helpful document that will keep everything in order as you upload your interviews and optimize your YouTube presence.
Finally, we’ll discuss the role of a video editor: whether you need one, how to assess if you do, and where to find a qualified professional to help bring your vision to life.
Session Eight: Promotional Materials
I’ll guide you through setting up your Promotional Center—a dedicated page on your site where your speakers can easily access all the materials they need to promote your event to their audience.
You’ll also learn about affiliate commissions—what they are, how they work, and whether offering them to your speakers is a good fit for your event.
We’ll wrap up this step with extra time for coaching and addressing any questions you may have, ensuring you feel fully supported as you move forward!
Session Nine: Additional Pages on Your Event Website
We will focus on adding key pages to your event website to enhance the experience for both your attendees and speakers.
You’ll learn how to create an Event Schedule Page, which will serve as the central hub for your attendees, giving them easy access to all event details and sessions.
I’ll guide you in designing a “Thank You Page”, a simple yet powerful tool that can significantly boost your summit revenue.
We’ll also explore “Speaker Pages”—a crucial element of your site that not only makes your speakers feel valued and supported but also helps them grow their own audiences by promoting their involvement in your summit.
Session Ten: Setting Up Lifetime Access, Cloud Storage, and Welcome Emails
