Targeted (Brain-Based) Integration Session
A focused 1:1 session designed to support nervous system integration around a specific stuck pattern — without forcing, over-talking, or rushing your system.
Good fit when…
- you feel stuck in a specific reaction, trigger, or loop
- you want focused support around one issue rather than an ongoing container
- you can stay present during activation and return to baseline afterward
- you want a session that works with the brain–body connection, not just insight
- you prefer a paced, nervous-system-informed approach
What we focus on
- one clear target (emotion, sensation, memory, or pattern)
- tracking your nervous system responses in real time
- supporting regulation before, during, and after activation
- allowing the brain and body to integrate without forcing change
- leaving with greater settling, clarity, or resolution
What a session looks like
We begin by briefly identifying a specific focus for the session — something that feels “stuck,” charged, or unresolved. This might be an emotional response, a body sensation, a recurring reaction, or a moment you keep returning to.
From there, the session becomes less about talking and more about tracking. I guide you in noticing how your nervous system responds in real time while we stay oriented to safety and capacity. There is no pressure to relive or analyze anything.
The work unfolds slowly and responsively, allowing your brain and body to integrate what’s ready — and stop when it’s not. We close the session by supporting regulation and grounding, and by outlining a simple integration plan for the next day or two.
This is not therapy and does not replace licensed mental health treatment. Sessions are designed to be contained, respectful of capacity, and focused on integration rather than catharsis.
