A 90-minute session to help you understand your nervous system patterns, stress responses, and the ways your body has learned to protect you.

What This Session Is

All new clients begin with a 90-minute Nervous System Mapping Session.

This foundational session combines nervous system education, guided reflection, visual mapping, and regulation support to help us better understand how stress, overwhelm, activation, or shutdown may be showing up in your daily life.

Together, we will explore your current concerns, nervous system patterns, and goals for support before determining next steps that best fit your needs.

Why This Matters

Many people move through life in survival mode without realizing it. Over time, bracing, over-functioning, shutting down, staying on alert, or pushing through can begin to feel normal.

When you understand what your nervous system is doing, it can reduce shame and help you respond to yourself with more clarity, compassion, and choice.
