I am a Nervous System & Brainspotting Practitioner and the creator of Resilient Minds Trauma-Infomed Support and CLEARITY Method™— a grounded, integrative system that blends somatic regulation, subconscious re-patterning, and practical clarity. As a former probation officer with systems-level crisis experience and as a mental health practitioner, I bring over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention, supporting both first responders and individuals navigating real-life stress and trauma.
I work with the nervous system and subconscious patterns that drive emotional, relational, and behavioral cycles, focusing on structure and regulation so change happens at the somatic and psychological level.
