3 Ways to Raise Your Frequency and Vibration (Mind, Body, and Soul)

We hear it all the time: raise your vibration, elevate your frequency, embody your higher self. But what does that actually mean?

At its core, your vibration is the energy your cells carry. And your cells are always listening — to your thoughts, your food, your breath, your laughter, your emotions. Everything you take in becomes information that programs your inner world. When you shift this information, you shift your vibration.

In Hermetic philosophy, the Principle of Vibration reminds us that everything moves, everything vibrates, nothing is at rest. This law applies to your body, mind, and soul. And when we begin to consciously raise our frequency, we start aligning with higher levels of truth, clarity, and personal power. This is where my CLEARITY Method™ comes in — guiding you back to your natural state of wholeness and awakening your ability to consciously create.

Here are the three areas to focus on daily:

1. Body – The Food That Feeds Your Frequency

Every bite you take is more than calories. It’s information. Your cells literally absorb nutrients and use them to regenerate, repair, and sustain you. When we eat foods that are dead, processed, or chemical-laden, we’re sending low-vibrational information to our cells. When we eat foods rich in life force — plants, fruits, vegetables — we feed our cells light.

  • Light-filled foods (plants, leafy greens, fresh fruit) raise your frequency and help you connect to higher states of consciousness.

  • Grounding foods (root vegetables, whole grains, beans) stabilize your energy and support manifestation.

  • Listening to your body is key. Cravings are often your body whispering what it needs, but we’ve been trained to override them with convenience and habit.

Practical shift: Start by swapping one processed snack a day for something fresh and alive. Pause before eating and ask, What does my body really need right now?

2. Soul – The Breath That Awakens Energy

Your breath is your life force. Without it, there is no soul in the body. Yet most of us breathe shallowly, only filling the top of our lungs. Deep breathing oxygenates the cells, calms the nervous system, and immediately shifts your frequency.

Breathwork helps retrain the body to release trauma, regulate the nervous system, and awaken dormant energy. A key reminder: when you breathe through your mouth, your body often interprets it as stress or survival. Nose breathing, on the other hand, signals balance and safety.

Try this simple exercise:

  • Inhale slowly through the nose for 4 counts.

  • Hold the breath for 4 counts.

  • Exhale slowly through the nose for 6–8 counts.

  • Repeat for 5 minutes.

Notice how your body feels calmer, clearer, and more present.

3. Mind – The Medicine of Laughter

The Hermetic Principle of Mentalism teaches that “All is Mind.” Your thoughts create your reality. One of the most powerful ways to shift your mind’s vibration? Laughter.

Laughter releases dopamine, opens neural pathways, and helps reset your nervous system. When you laugh — especially at yourself — you loosen the grip of ego and personality. You reconnect with the higher truth of your “I AM” presence rather than the roles you play.

How to invite more laughter:

  • Watch a comedy clip instead of scrolling the news.

  • Spend time with people who make you belly-laugh.

  • Play with your kids or pets and let yourself be silly.

  • Try laughter yoga (yes, it feels awkward at first, but it works).

Bringing It All Together: The CLEARITY Method™
